Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and reference number.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund.
- Cancellations between 14-30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damages caused will be charged to the guest. Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.
5. Maximum Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for each villa. Additional guests may be refused entry.
6. Liability
Villas Marim is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests use all facilities, including the swimming pool, at their own risk.
7. Force Majeure
Villas Marim is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faro, Portugal.
