Welcome to Villas Marim
Our villas are new villas finished on the summer of 2018. Near to the “Ria Formosa” our villas were created with a mixed style, between the rustic and the modern. Our concept varies between for families or groups. We have very friendly and attentive staff who provide a concierge service. Check-In and Checkout
When can we check-In?+
Check-in is after 15:00h. We will meet you at the property, take you to our reception to complete the check-in formalities and then show you to your house. If you plan to arrive after 19:00, please inform us in advance.
Can I do an early check-in?+
With prior agreement, early check-in may be possible. However, if guests are leaving that morning, you cannot access the house before 15:00 to allow checkout and cleaning. In this case, you may leave your luggage with us and return after 15:00.
What time is checkout?+
Checkout is at 10:00. This may seem early, but please note we maintain high cleaning standards, including patios and terraces.
Can I do a late checkout?+
Late checkout is subject to confirmation. We will extend the checkout time if possible, but it may not be possible if new guests arrive on the same day.
Cars and Transportations
Where are we located?+
Villas Marim is located in the eastern Algarve, within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, close to Olhão, a small fishing town with many beaches. This area still preserves a traditional lifestyle. We are 3 km west of Fuseta and 2.5 km east of Olhão. Faro Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Please send us your flight details, arrival time, number of passengers, and if you need child seats, and we will arrange transportation. The driver will meet you at arrivals with a sign with your name.
Is there parking?+
Yes, we have private parking with capacity for 8 cars.
Locations and Distance
How far is the nearest beach?+
There is a natural beach 1 km away, with warmer water as it is inside the lagoon. Another great option for children is Fuseta Beach (3.5 km), with no waves and cafés nearby. Barril Beach (12.6 km) is accessible by a small train and offers full facilities.
Where can I eat nearby?+
The restaurant/café “Cavaleiro” is less than 50 meters away. “O Primo dos Caracóis” is 1 km away. Aldi and Pingo Doce supermarkets are 2 km away. Fuseta (3 km) and Olhão (2.5 km) have fresh food markets.

Aldi and Pingo Doce supermarkets are 2km away. Fresh produce markets in Fuseta and Olhão daily except Sundays.

Yes, we can arrange it. For fresh bread in the morning, please inform us by 6pm the day before.
